Buying a house is a huge decision and can be stressful at times but Katelyn was there through the whole process!! From driving to look at every house and then back to look at the same house again. This young lady goes above and beyond. Thanks again for everything! We couldn’t be happier!

Tracy and Katelyn are truly a dream team. My husband and I got pre-approved for a home loan right before the Shelter in Place happened. So not only were these two working with a first-time home buyer (myself), but they were also trying to navigate a SIP order, which originally shut real estate down. Both ladies continued to be attentive to our needs, and to our concerns and questions.

The first offer we put in was for a 100 year old house, and Tracy insisted that we get a structural engineer to look at the house first. While it was disappointing to have to pull our offer on this dream home, we were ultimately incredibly grateful, as the house was not fit to buy for anyone on a budgeted income. I’d rather be disappointed and pull the offer, than buy a house that could potentially fall into the depths of the earth.

While it took several offers on several different houses, Tracy and Katelyn never lost their momentum nor their patience. We were on a timeline to move out of our rental. I appreciate the two of them being as motivated as we were.

My husband and I started our search for our first home in the fall of 2015. We had heard wonderful things about Tracy from many different people and it was easy to see she was going to be a joy to work with! As first-time homebuyers, we went into the process pretty blindly and with many questions.
